The Individual Giving Manager focuses primarily on giving from individuals and will be part of the Development Team, reporting to the Director of Development. They will be responsible for cultivating a portfolio of 100+ donors, leading on stewarding and upgrading mid-level donors between $500-$2,499, stewarding the Wilt Street Legacy Society, leading on prospect research and managing and organizing gift officer Salesforce records, and spending a portion of their time managing and executing on special events. The Individual Giving Manager will be a development professional with proven experience in securing the support and engagement of individual donors. They will be metrics-driven, a self-starter and possess working knowledge of development best practices.
