Schools that have been operating as a community school for at least 3 full years (opened/operating as a community school since at least September 2011) and have demonstrated success. Please note, applicants are not required to call themselves a “community school” (terms such as community learning centers, full service community schools and others are often used); however, they must meet the criteria listed in the application.
