Inclusion and Belonging Coordinator, PYM – Dec 6
Posted by Philadelphia Yearly Meeting on November 23, 2021
The Inclusion and Belonging Coordinator plays three interconnected roles. The coordinator supports young adult Friends engagement, creating and maintaining a multitude of paths of connection that create a thriving and generative experience. The coordinator collaboratively supports the development of practices and structures that are welcoming and inclusive with a primary focus on young adults. Thirdly, the coordinator facilitates an interdependent community by serving as the primary point of contact for local Quaker communities who seek various types of support, including but not limited to pastoral care and crisis response triage.
