Description: Michellene Davis, executive vice president and chief corporate affairs officer of RWJBarnabas Health, will focus her remarks on equity, focusing on the role systemic racism has played in the prevention of equity and its effects on health outcomes. Providing evidence-based practices and data, paired with life experiences, Michellene will dispense practical advice on how to achieve equity for yourself, as well as for your patients. Finally, Michellene will discuss how policy and systems change is needed to create sustainable changes that create healthier communities.
