Community development leaders are navigating unprecedented challenges—from shifting funding landscapes to multigenerational teams facing uncertainty and change.
This two-part series, presented in partnership with the Nonprofit Center at LaSalle, equips leaders with practical skills to strengthen their organizations from the inside out, covering funding diversification and team communication strategies. Sessions run February through March.
Workshops:
- Workshop 1 – The Funding Landscape: Finding Your Way to Government and Foundation Support (Wednesday, February 25, 10 AM – 3 PM)
- Workshop 2 – Talking Through Turbulence: Team Communication When the Ground Shifts (Friday, March 13, 10 AM – 3 PM)
