Improving Education Outcomes in Child Welfare
This brief from Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s PolicyLab presents data from the longitudinal Children’s Stability and Well-Being study, which followed a cohort of children ages 5-8 years who entered a foster care placement between 2006 and 2008.
It also identifies related systems recommendations as part of PolicyLab’s ongoing efforts to improve school success for children involved with child welfare, and for all children served by public systems.
