PANO offers two legal seminars
The Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations is sponsoring two upcoming legal webinars featuring presentations by Donald Kramer, Esq., editor of Nonprofit Issues.
On Wednesday, October 12th from 1:30-3pm, Kramer will present on the Impact of Social Media on Employment Law: How and What Should a Nonprofit Regulate in the Age of Facebook and Twitter, exploring the emerging issues of employee discipline in the new age of social media. To register, go here.
The topic for the Wednesday, November 2nd webinar is Gift Acceptance Policies That Work: Protecting your Charity from Disaster, from 1:30 to 3pm. This webinar will discuss the important issues to be considered in creating a gift acceptance policy.
