Regional immigration policy workshop scheduled
The Immigration Policy and Voices of Change in Southeastern Pennsylvania Conference will bring together community members, funders and advocates in a forum on immigrant rights and immigration reform on Wednesday, October 12th from 6-7:30pm at the College of Physicians, 19 S. 22nd Street in Philadelphia. A pre-conference reception starts at 5pm.
The discussion will include an exploration of the latest demographic shifts on the economy and workforce and the impact of proposed legislation in Southeastern Pennsylvania.
