Join José Ramón
Fernández-Peña, MD, MPA, an Associate Professor of Health Education at San Francisco University, an expert leader in his field with recognition from the White House as a “Champion of Change” for his work on immigration integration, and an Executive Board member of the American Public Health Association (APHA), as he discusses his extensive work with immigrant health promotion and professional development.
Dr. Fernández-Peña will be joined by Katherine Yun, MD, an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and advocate of refugee and immigrant health. Dr. Yun will share local-based approaches and her collaborative work with Bhutanese community members in Philadelphia.
