Imagine Math as a Vehicle for Community Partnerships
Live webinar on February 26, 2009, 1-2 pm (EST)

Students present their exhibit of “an ideal community.”

As after-school hours become increasingly central for providing good science and math experiences, collaborations between science and technology centers and community-based after-school programs are
critical.   The upcoming webinar will highlight a math program, used by local community partners, to create opportunities to enhance students’ math skills in fun, interactive and minds-on ways.  Join us and learn
about strategies that work!

Who should attend:
– Key members of science museums
– Afterschool center administrators
– Anyone interested in enhancing after-school programming
