Human Resources & Operations Manager, OCCCDA

SUMMARY: The Human Resources & Operations Manager is the point of contact for new employees, communication to staff, conflict resolution, policy compliance, and organizational culture. As a member of the Exec Team, they help guide how we carry out the vision and mission of Oxford Circle Christian Community Development Association (OCCCDA).

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A commitment to the Oxford Circle community and to the holistic vision of the OCCCDA.
  • Experience in Human Resources required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or HR certification required; Master’s degree a plus.
  • Excellent in organizing, managing, and communicating in writing and in person.
  • Detail-oriented, with an ability to take initiative, prioritize, and follow-through.
  • A positive attitude, demonstrating a caring presence grounded in spiritual depth of character.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As HR:

  • Utilize HRIS system to smoothly onboard and orient new staff, including initiating job posts and maintaining employee records.
  • Communicate with staff, and resolve conflicts as needed.
  • Help interpret and refine policies & procedures, and ensure that OCCCDA remains compliant with federal and state guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned.

As Operations Manager:

  • Help keep office running smoothly by keeping supplies stocked, and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Help plan and communicate about events; assist with general marketing communications.
  • Connect guests with resources, taking time to pray with them as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
