SUMMARY: Based in the Oxford Circle neighborhood of Philadelphia, PA, the Oxford Circle
Christian Community Development Association (OCCCDA) is seeking a Human Resources
and Operations Manager. The mission of OCCCDA is “to extend healing and hope in the
Oxford Circle community, believing that God’s purpose of reconciling all people to Jesus leads
us to minister on spiritual, physical, social & economic levels.”

The position is a part-time 20-hour a week position with a pay rate of $20/hr, with benefits
including 2 weeks paid vacation, 2 weeks sick time, holidays, and 3 personal days per year.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• A commitment to the Oxford Circle community and to the holistic vision of the OCCCDA.
• Demonstrated management and organizational skills.
• Must have experience in the Human Resources field.
• BA (required), MA (a plus).
• Demonstrated excellence in organizational, managerial, and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Possess the skills to work with and motivate staff and other volunteers.
• Be a “self-starter” and goal-driven to initiate donor visits and fundraising calls.
• Be organized and exhibit “follow through” on tasks and goals.
• Display a positive attitude, show concern for people and community, demonstrate presence, self-confidence, common sense, and good listening ability.
