JOB DESCRIPTION:

Sunrise Group Staff are at the heart of our work with young people. Group Supervisors work daily on site with youth, building relationships that endure and leading activities that open possibilities. A Sunrise Group Leader is responsible for supervising and providing programming to an assigned group of High School students. Group Supervisors prepare and lead structured and unstructured activities, play games with students, and make their time together fun, engaging, and enriching. In all activities, the Group Supervisor will use a trauma-informed approach to create a positive, fun atmosphere while maintaining health and safety guidelines in accordance with Philadelphia Health Department regulations, all grant requirements, and the strategic goals defined by the Sunrise administrative team.

This is a part-time position, up to hours per week, Monday – Friday during the school year. The candidate must be available from 2:00 – 5:30 PM for program implementation. Summer hours will differ from the school year.
