HR Manager, Congreso de Latinos Unidos
This position is responsible for leading Human Resources operations aligned with Congreso’s mission, values, and service strategies. Requires at least five years of HR leadership experience within human services, non-profit or similar professional setting; a bachelors degree in human resources, business administration or related field; and bilingual fluency in Spanish/English. PHR certification preferred. Responsibilities include oversight of employee relations, benefits, and payroll, HR staff supervision, and integration of HR support for the agency’s talent management strategies. A familiarity with HR-related legislation and laws and an ability to maintain professionalism, sound judgment, and confidentiality are essential. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communications skills and the ability to build and maintain strong professional working relationships at all levels. Reports to VP of Personnel and Professional Development.
