How & Why to Create a Business Plan
The important process of business planning aligns organizational strategy with human, financial, marketing and other resources, serving as a practical pathway for organizational decision-making.
Whenever an organization is considering additions or substantial changes to programs and activities, a sound business plan means better outcomes and services, performance measurements and milestones, to optimize your organization’s effectiveness and efficiency.
If you look at a business plan as combining the marketing plan, strategic planning, operational/management planning and financial planning, you appreciate its key role.
