Do you need some assistance applying for non-profit status for your organization? Understand and complete IRS Form 1023, along with all supporting organizational documents and attachments, for a definitive ruling as a 501(c)(3) tax exempt non-profit organization. This is a project-based course and participants are expected to work on applying for non-profit tax-exemption for their organization during the class. This course is for representatives of community and faith-based organizations incorporated or unincorporated.
