Chronicle sets webinar on social media impact
Nonprofits spend considerable time reaching out to supporters via Twitter, Facebook, and other social-media networks. But many devote few resources to measuring the impact of these efforts.
How do you measure what’s working now in order to start getting better results?
The Chronicle of Philanthropy will sponsor a webinar that will examine how to measure the return on social-media investments. Participants will learn how to do more than just count friends and followers. This session will explore how to identify what data is currently available and the metrics needed moving forward.
The online workshop will take place on Wednesday, December 12th from 2-3pm.
