How Culturally Sensitive is your Organization?
November 17, 2015, 9:30 am to 12:30 pm
Even if there’s no one in your organization quite at Donald Trump’s level, we all need to be concerned about the level of cultural competency in our organizations. As today’s workplace becomes increasingly diverse, the ability to work effectively with people who are different from us is important to career and organizational success. This class looks at attitudes and behaviors about ethnicity and race, gender, sexual orientation, age, socio-economic status, physical abilitities, religious beliefs and political leanings and ideologies, and how to overcome barriers and encourage inclusion.
Fee: $69 for Members/$75 for Non-Members
