TD Charitable Foundation Invites Applications for 2015 Housing for Everyone Grants

The TD Charitable Foundation, the charitable giving arm of TD Bank N.A., is accepting applications for its tenth annual Housing for Everyone grant competition.

The TD Charitable Foundation’s 2015 Housing for Everyone grant competition focuses on Affordable Housing for Seniors.

Applications must highlight the ways in which funding will create new units focused on the needs of the elderly; including access to medical and health services or programs; proximity to shopping, community and transportation services; and adaptability to the changing needs of aging populations.

Through the program, twenty-five organizations in TD Bank’s corporate footprint, from Maine to Florida, will be awarded a $100,000 grant.

To be eligible, organizations must be tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and be located within a TD Bank market area. In addition, applicants must have a mission/focus that promotes affordable housing for low- to moderate-income individuals.
