Housing Coordinator, Congreso de Latinos Unidos

Congreso is seeking a Housing Coordinator for its Neighborhood Family and Development Services division. This individual will be responsible for the direct supervision, coordination, and implementation of Congreso’s Housing Counseling and Consumer Education Program.
Candidates should have a Bachelors degree with 3-5 years of housing experience or at least 5 years of Housing Counseling experience and 2-3 years Supervisory exp. Candidates should also be certified as a Housing Counselor and in Foreclosure Prevention and be knowledgeable about the North Philadelphia/Latino Community. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
