Housing Connector survey

The Self-Determination Housing Project of Pennsylvania, Inc. (SDHP), Regional Housing Legal Services (RHLS), and the Housing Alliance of Pennsylvania, all statewide nonprofit organizations focused on affordable housing issues, are distributing this survey to gather information from people who provide housing-related services about the types of housing issues you are seeing, where connections between fields are needed, and what additional information/education could be helpful.
Who is a “Housing Connector”? If you received this survey, probably you! We are seeking input from anyone who provides services to individuals who are facing housing issues (directly or by making referrals to housing organizations).
We will use the information you provide to inform our future work. We may also create and publicly share a report summarizing the results of this survey.
This survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
Please feel free to forward this survey to colleagues. The survey will remain open until August 10, 2018.
