Housing Assistance and Repairs for Seniors
Low-income Philadelphia homeowners, age 60 and over, may apply for free repairs and modifications through PCA’s Senior Housing Assistance Repair Program (SHARP). This program provides minor repairs to improve the safety and security of older Philadelphians’ homes–installing or repairing faucets, windows, entry doors, and more. SHARP also provides modifications for people with physical disabilities. For information on PCA’s services and programs, call (215) 765-9040 or visit http://www.pcaCares.org.
