Honickman Learning Center: Volunteer Lab Monitors

Project HOME’s Adult Learning Center is looking for volunteer Lab Monitors for our KEYSPOT Computer Open Lab at Honickman Learning Center & Comcast Technology Labs in North Philly (1936 N Judson Street, 19121). The Lab Monitor assists patrons in the use of the HLC lab computers. The lab monitor would need to be able to help with tasks and troubleshooting such as: loging in, attaching a document to an email, resetting a password, printing out a map, finding a link on a website, etc. The Lab Monitor also helps ensure an that the lab’s rules are being followed. The lab schedule is:
Monday – Thursday 12-5 pm
Fridays – 10 am – 3 pm
