The 2012 conference saw a record number of attendees seeking insights on tackling blight, ending homelessness, and expanding development opportunities back home. The 2013 program will build on the momentum for change:
– Rebuilding homeownership for low & moderate income people
– Strengthening the rental market
– Tackling blight using new tools
– Securing financing for revitalization
– Redoubling efforts to address homelessnes
