…an “Unknown Neighbor,” who was homeless and killed by police during an incident on July 3, 2009
Please join us to update ourselves about how we respond to persons who are in the midst of a mental or behavioral health crisis; to remember a member of our community whose life ended tragically; and to re-commit ourselves to addressing homelessness in a holistic way.
