Project H.O.M.E. sponsors Homeless Memorial Day
Project H.O.M.E. will sponsor the 2013 Homeless Memorial Day outside the Municipal Services Building at 15th Street and John F. Kennedy Blvd. on Thursday, December 19th from 4:30-5:30pm.
The event remembers and celebrates the lives of homeless and formerly homeless Philadelphians who died in 2013 and calls for an end to homelessness.
