Clarifi sets Delaware County homebuyers workshop
Looking to buy a home? Join Clarifi for a free workshop, get your questions answered and see if you’re ready for the financial responsibilities of homeownership. Learn more about:
• Key steps to purchasing a home
• How to prepare financially for the homeownership process
• How to plan for the mortgage process and ongoing costs.
The workshop will feature a presentation by a county representative about a special $6,000 first-time homebuyer grant available to Upper Darby residents.
The event will take place on Saturday, May 30 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Upper Darby Municipal Library, 501 Bywood Avenue in Upper Darby. To register, call 800-989-2227. Attendance is free.
