High-Cost Mortgages, Foreclosure Impact

The Metropolitan Philadelphia Indicators Project’s [and former PHENND Co-Chair] David Bartelt authored a report on the current impact of subprime mortgages and foreclosure rates both within the Philadelphia region and across other major metropolitan areas.
The report can be accessed on the Urban Institute’s MetroTrends website which serves as a ‘report card and toolkit for researchers, students, journalists, elected officials and the public on the state of metropolitan economies.’
