Heightening Public Awareness of Human Trafficking
On Wednesday, May 2, 2012, please join WOMEN’S WAY for a FREE film screening of the documentary Very Young Girls followed by an interactive panel discussion. The documentary exposes the issue of human trafficking in the United States and highlights the plight of teenage girls forced into sex trafficking and the incredible hardships they must face. The screening will be followed by a moderated discussion on human trafficking, a horrific crime happening right here in Pennsylvania and Philadelphia that overwhelmingly impacts women and girls. WOMEN’S WAY, in conjunction with the Philadelphia Anti-Trafficking Coalition, is working to stop this horrendous crime. The event will take place at Bryn Mawr College from 6:30 to 9:00 pm. Light refreshments will be served. Space is limited so registration is required. REGISTER TODAY!

If you can’t make it to the Bryn Mawr screening, another screening will be held in late May in Center City, Philadelphia. Stay tuned for details.
