Maternity Care Coalition (MCC), a dynamic nonprofit, works to improve maternal and child health and well-being through the collaborative efforts of individuals, families, providers and communities.
MCC seeks a Site Coordinator for its Healthy Start West program. The Site Coordinator provides administrative oversight of the Healthy Start team, including supervision and training of staff and ensuring compliance with Healthy Start program objectives and documentation. She/he will manage referrals and oversee assignment of clients to appropriate Case Managers, as well as regularly review all cases to support staff in providing appropriate follow-up and referral. The Site Coordinator also identifies and maintains regular contact with appropriate social service and community agencies to facilitate recruitment, referrals and resources for families and serves as MCC’s liaison to key groups and individuals in the community.
Masters Degree in Social Work or Nursing REQUIRED. Seeking motivated individual, with demonstrated clinical social work skills and supervisory experience. Position is in West Philadelphia. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.
