Health Services Researcher (Program Evaluator)
Summary: Using current accepted methods and tools, the position serves to evaluate programs and service effectiveness as informed by State, County, Foundation and other funding and regulatory entities by planning, overseeing and conducting quantitative and qualitative data analysis. The position is responsible for the design and implementation of in-house evaluation studies including the collection and analysis of baseline and/or benchmark data. Develops and maintain databases for funding applications. Oversees compliance with contract and/or funding requirement; recommends needed improvement or corrective measures. Assists in program planning and proposal development as needed.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Public Health, Sociology, Psychology, Social Work or related field with at least three years experience preferred or other acceptable combination of education and experience. Strong quantitative data analysis skill a must; proficiency in data collection and analysis. Interested candidates should e-mail resume and salary requirements to [email protected].
