Health Justice Summit – Philadelphia 2018

The Health Justice Summit will bring together community advocates, organizations, faith leaders and professionals in the fields of health, nutrition & fitness, to address some of the issues of systemic injustice that negatively impact the health of our communities. At this event, we will connect organizations and individuals who are currently leaders in their community with resources and tools to be intentional about improving community health. This is a half-day event featuring two break-out sessions with panels including:
- Nutrition & Food Justice
- Movement for Mental and Emotional Well-being
- Inclusive Health & Wellness Practices
- Worker’s Wellness
- Meditation & Yoga as Stress Relief
- Civic Engagement
- Fighting for Health in our Communities
