Health and Happiness Fair and VITA Kick-Off

Come celebrate the YWCA of Chester’s first Health and Happiness Fair. This will also be the Kick-Off of PHENND’s Delaware County Asset Development Group’s Volunteer Income Tax Project. There will free tax filing, financial education workshops, and inspirational presentations on saving money. Please come out and support our students and community partners!
