Young Women Invited to Apply for Health and Fitness Project Grants
Deadline: April 30, 2004
Youth Service America (<a href="http://www.ysa.org/">http://www.ysa.org/</a>), Bonne Bell, and CosmoGIRL! are offering funding through the Born to Lead grant program to encourage young women to actively promote the health and fitness of themselves, their peers, and their communities.
The program is designed for young women only. Grant applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements: be a young woman between the ages of 13 and 25; be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident; and be able to complete a project by April 2005 (project length may vary).
Two winners will be selected to receive a $500 grant to help fund their health or fitness project.
