Effective Advocacy at all Levels of Government. This publication resulted from a partnership between the Center for Lobbying in the Public Interest (CLPI) and the W.K. Kellogg Foundation. The CLPI supports, and protects nonprofit advocacy and lobbying in order to strengthen participation in our democratic society and advance charitable missions.
