Join us Tues. 2/1 at our monthly meeting of the Delaware Valley Green Building Council (DVGBC)’s Residential committee. We have a guest speaker Brian Alessi, board member of Habitat Philadelphia, fellow DVGBC member, and Sustainability Project Manager at The Sheward Partnership.

Brian will be sharing Habitat’s green story over the last few years, talk about Habitat Philadelphia’s target of net zero housing by 2026, and reach out to DVGBC residential experts for potential design services and organizing affordable housing providers in the area around sustainable strategies.  Our meeting time and place: Tues. 2/1, 6:30-8:30pm in DVGBC’s shared Conference Room – 1617  JFK Blvd. (One Penn Center, above Suburban Station); Suite 1145, on the 11th floor, right off the elevator.

We welcome new members to our “Residential Circle” which currently meets 1st Tuesdays at the same time and location.  The presentation is open to all DVGBC members and prospective members, and will run for approximately 30 minutes at the beginning of the meeting.  Come join us, and stay for the rest of the meeting to hear about our other exciting programs and ways to get involved, including our May 21st Green Home Caravan in Chester County – tour to State Rep.
