H.E.R. (Higher Education Resources) College Fair – Oct 5

Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated Alpha Alpha Omicron Zeta Chapter is requesting your students’ participation in our H.E.R. (Higher Education Resources) College Fair for high school and transfer students.
Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. was founded on the campus of Howard University on January 16, 1920. The sorority takes pride in its participation in transforming communities through volunteer services from the members and its auxiliaries. Zeta Phi Beta has chartered hundreds of chapters worldwide (including London, Belgium, United Arab Emirates & Ghana) and has a membership of 100,000+. The four founding principles are Scholarship, Service, Sisterhood, and Finer Womanhood.
Our local chapter, Alpha Alpha Omicron Zeta, began in 2015 on the campus of Holy Family University in Northeast Philadelphia. We have provided countless hours of service to the Northeast Philadelphia and Bucks County, PA, communities and award scholarships to graduating seniors.
The College Fair will occur on Saturday, October 5, 2024, from 10 am to 2 pm at the Tacony Academy Charter High School, 6201 Keystone St., Philadelphia, PA 19135.
This event will include representatives from several colleges, universities, other post-secondary opportunities/ career programs, and workshops on the college experience.
Tentative Schedule:
- College Fair: 10am-12pm
- Workshops: 12-2pm
