The Institute for Community Justice in partnership with MANN-UP Association, LLC, and the Philadelphia 22nd Police District presents Gun Buyback & Bucks for Bullets. For every gun/bullet turned in receive a Shop Rite or VISA gift card. (No questions asked!)
