Guides.vote Nonpartisan Candidate Guides
Posted by Youth Service America on October 11, 2022
People often don’t vote because they don’t know where candidates stand and are confused about how to find out. In response, YSA is partnering with guides.vote to provide nonpartisan, state-specific candidate guides to help voters navigate key positions on the issues you care most about. These nonpartisan candidate guides provide a concise and credible way to compare candidates’ stands and make clear why voting matters.
To help voters go to the polls feeling confident and informed about where candidates stand, guides.vote has created nonpartisan candidate guides for over 30 major 2022 U.S. Senate, Governor, and/or Secretary of State races in 21 states.
In addition to candidate guides, resources include how-tos on:
- Distributing guides across campuses, communities, and companies;
- Creating your own candidate guides;
- Detecting disinformation; and
- Our library of social media images and promotional toolkit.
