Guide to Finding & Getting Grants

Get a jump on the grant submission season with this class that takes you through all the steps you need to be able to craft a targeted grant proposal. In addition, discussion will include funding research, a step-by-step process for writing a proposal, how to approach different funders, including how to define funding needs, what types of grants exist, and how to define your needs. You will leave with an understanding of what grant opportunities match your organization’s activities so you can focus your energy on preparing clear and persuasive proposals that are most likely to succeed.
When: July 22, 2015, 9 am to 4 pm
