New Publication: “A Guide to Community-Campus Partnerships for the Health of People Experiencing Homelessness” is now available on the CCPH website at http://www.ccph.info. Published by CCPH and the National Health Care for the Homeless Council, the guide includes descriptions of service-learning and clinical service partnerships between Health Care for the Homeless Programs and academic institution, course syllabi, and other resources.
