The workshop will present benefits of greening facilities and opportunities to provide healthier, more environmentally-friendly child care space. Specific topics include heating and cooling, water, light, green cleaning, electronics and machines, and larger, more intensive projects that providers may undertake. This overview of specific improvements will be paired with information on the facility development process, as well as with funding opportunities, to help make desired improvements a reality.
