Green City Teachers Summer Series
Courses are offered for educators interested in school gardening at the Science Leadership Academy at 22nd & Arch St, on Wednesday and Thursday June 29 & 30 from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm.
The class will cover how to design, build and maintain a school garden year round, relevant classroom activities, work with administrators and more. Participants will help build an outdoor school garden as part of a community garden. 48 credits are available. For more information contact: [email protected] or call Sally McCabe at 215-988-8846. Pre-registration is required. Fee for this nine-hour program is $25.
