2004 Conference Details Available. Would you like details about OC’s annual “Grassroots Use of Technology” miniconference, schedule for March 13? This event has attracted over 100 people in each of the last 3 years. It is an affordable event that allows groups to learn how to apply new skills and share their knowledge.
