Grants to Expand Substance Abuse Treatment Capacity in Targeted Areas of Need: funds to enhance/expand recovery-oriented systems of care involving small, grassroots organizations and/or support propose project for an unmet substance abuse treatment need in a specific target population (e.g., pregnant and post-partum women, HIV/AIDS, adolescents) or focus area (e.g., methamphetamine, alcohol, marijuana) in their community.
