Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia is seeking a full-time Grants Manager to oversee all pre-award and post-award activities for a large, diverse portfolio of grants. The Grants Manager will prepare, craft, and submit proposals, prepare and submit grant reports, assist with preparation of project budgets, monitor expenditures and and track grant-related financial reporting. The Grants Manager oversees grants compliance in accordance with grant agreements and terms. This position will also support organization reporting and compliance needs related to the annual financial audit and charity registration.
