GRANTS MANAGER, Children’s Crisis Treatment Center

Reporting to the Director of Development Operations, serves as the overall manager of foundation, corporate, and government grant submissions for Children’s Crisis Treatment Center (CcTC). Works in cooperation with key staff and Board members to identify, cultivate and solicit funding prospects and nurture relationships with contributors. Prepares grant proposals, reports, letters of inquiry, and related documents. Writer/Manager is responsible for developing grants calendar, researching public and private funding opportunities as well as collaborating with program staff for program descriptions, case studies, success stories, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

Strong interpersonal, management and communication skills are critical to coordinate efforts with staff, and to develop/maintain effective long-term working relationships with funders.

Bachelor’s degree with experience in grant writing and foundation/corporate relations required. Solid writing, editing, research and analytical skills are required along with a passion CcTC’s mission. Self-directed and self-motivated professional with a demonstrated ability to achieve in a fast-paced, demanding environment, where accuracy, attention to detail, and responsiveness to volunteers, board members, and donors is paramount.
