This full-time position is part of a dynamic finance team managing externally funded projects of Temple University Harrisburg Campus. In this role, the incumbent prepares, reviews, and maintains relevant financial and fiscal business documents, reports, and records. This includes preparing fiscal reports for submission to funders, ensuring compliance with funding requirements, managing financial expenditures through purchasing/requisition, reconciling University cost centers, preparing contracts and invoicing, analysis of financial data to determine present and future financial performance. The incumbent is integral to grant proposals, preparing budgets and inputting applications for approval and submission. Incumbent advises program management staff on budget status. Supervision of fiscal and other staff as assigned. Liaison with other fiscal entities at the University. Frequent direct interaction with faculty, senior administrators, and staff.
Please note: This position can be remote with occasional visits to Harrisburg. Travel is paid.
