Google Analytics for Arts & Culture
learn about your visitors from website data
Tuesday, January 19, 12:30 – 1:30 PM
CultureWorks (1315 Walnut Street, Suite 320)
Google Analytics is a web standard for tracking metrics on your websites and mobile applications, allowing you to capture information about your visitors and their behavior. You can use your data to figure out the best day of the week to publish a blog post, where to put a donate button to increase donations, or how changing language on your contact page can make it easier for visitors to get in touch with the right person.
This workshop will give you the tools you need to get useful, actionable data related to your organizational goals and objectives. We’ll discuss how to connect your real-world key performance indicators to data available in Google Analytics, use dashboards and goals to efficiently track changes, create automated experiments to test different ideas, and translate your findings into actionable improvements to your website. Lunch is included with your registration.
