Global Perspectives on Violence Against Children Conference

Save the date! The 6th Annual Pediatric Global Health Conference will be held November 1, 2013. The topic this year is, “Violence Against Children: Global Perspectives on Resilience, Response and Health Outcomes.”
This conference will seek to explore:
- The developmental and psychosocial consequences of violence against children globally
- Global responses to violence against children
- The long-term implications of violence on children and society
- Resources for professionals who work with children exposed to violence
Through expert faculty presentations, a keynote address, and interactive panel discussions, this conference will provide opportunities to healthcare professionals to further understand the global crisis of violence against children.
